Full-stack Engineer

• Design and optimize systems processing billions of usage records monthly
• Build robust backend services using Kafka for high-throughput, low-latency data streams
• Contribute to interfaces presenting detailed status and analytics for thousands of customer SIM cards
• Create and maintain APIs powering both internal systems and customer integrations
• Implement features spanning database optimization to user interface enhancements
• Independently complete assigned projects from conception to launch, understanding both the technical "how" and business "why" behind every feature.
• Collaborate directly with product and design teams, using your technical expertise to inform priorities and requirements.
• Contribute to architectural discussions that balance existing patterns with innovative solutions for scale while elevating overall code quality.

Software Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Lead the technical pre-sales relationship by providing guidance on technical architecture, demonstrating the product (ex. Dashboard), mitigating technical concerns or obstacles, and building customer trust in Hologram
• Act as a subject matter expert for Hologram's full product suite who can expertly communicate Hologram's technical value proposition, including Dashboard and/or API integration
• Provide prospects with end-to-end IoT expertise including hardware selection, embedded systems/product architecture and design, and device certifications
• Assist with and drive resolution for technical support issues that arise during pre-sales, testing, and pilot phase
• Maintain a high level of expertise in IoT technologies and relevant industry trends

Account Executive

• Hunter responsible for closing new business in North America through outbound prospecting and appointment setting
• Source pipeline, manage evaluation cycles, and close business from first contact through first revenue
• Communicate the value of Hologram’s IoT connectivity platform to multiple personas
• Learn and execute the sales process; navigate complex deals and run deal cycles effectively
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success
• Support product or process improvements to help a rapidly growing organization
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and accountability
• Reports to the VP of Sales
