About the role
- Report directly to Housing Transformation Manager and Head of Housing Repairs and Maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality performance information and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support colleagues in engaging with performance information and providing advice on best practices.
- Maintain, upgrade, and manage systems, software, hardware, and networks.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification at NVQ/HNC/degree level or equivalent knowledge through experience.
- Inquisitive mind and capability to generate insights from performance information.
- Ability to analyze complex information and draw conclusions for service improvement.
- Experience in a similar environment delivering data products.
- Skills in developing dashboards and reports for data interaction.
