About the role
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned APAC markets
- Manage multiple requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify expectations, role scope, and hiring priorities
- Proactively identify hiring risks, pipeline gaps, and market challenges, and act on them
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive market mapping
- Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and coordinate with external recruitment agencies where needed
Requirements
- 6 – 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Experience supporting or managing hiring across multiple markets within APAC
- Background in professional services, media and digital services industry or related industries
- Comfortable using recruitment data and insights
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Asian language skills are a plus.
