About the role

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, providing strategic communications counsel that aligns business goals with measurable outcomes
  • Build and nurture a strong network of media, analyst, and influencer contacts to amplify client visibility across key channels
  • Develop creative pitching strategies, manage interviews, media briefings, and roundtables to ensure impactful storytelling and consistent media coverage
  • Craft high-quality written materials — including press releases, Q&A documents, bylines, and strategic communication plans — in English and/or Chinese with clarity and creativity
  • Analyze market intelligence and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize results, and guide client decision-making
  • Design and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) programs that combine traditional PR with digital innovation across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Lead day-to-day account operations with precision — managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project execution and quality delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement in campaign performance
  • Contribute to new business initiatives through RFP development, pitch presentations, and creative ideation that highlights the agency’s expertise and market differentiation
  • Mentor and coach junior team members through regular feedback, skill-building sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing programs to strengthen collective team capability and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Integrated Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Public Affairs, Economic or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Proven experience in media relations, client servicing, and project management
  • Keen interest in technology-driven portfolios, including fintech and corporate communications
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in other third language such as Japanese is an added advantage
  • Strong passion for digital and social media communications, with an understanding of evolving online landscapes
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
