• Develop and execute a sales strategy for enterprise accounts across SEA/APAC with a particular focus on Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Build, manage, and close a pipeline of large-scale opportunities (USD multi-million deals).
• Engage and network with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO) to position Tailored by Flexi as a strategic partner.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Partner with internal design, operations, finance, and HR teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Structure multi-year commercial deals involving CAPEX financing and OPEX conversion models.
• Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers, HR outsourcing consultants, and landlords.
• Develop strategic channel partnerships to expand lead generation and regional reach.
• Track KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion, and total contract value.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting to management.
• Provide market insights, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy recommendations.
• Contribute to shaping Tailored by Flexi’s go to market strategy and sales processes
