About the role
- Drive business growth through targeted customer marketing and sales plans
- Set clear trade, customer, category, and shopper programs
- Manage customer marketing, field sales, and supply chain activities
- Create joint business plans with distributor partners and key customers
- Co-owns and co-leads the execution of a healthy profit and loss statement
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years solid work experience in CPG and in customer/trade marketing
- Strong Sales & negotiation skills
- Self-starting mentality
- Track record of Project management.
- Bachelor Degree is a must
- Candidates with MBA is a plus
- Strong results orientation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Clear understanding of financial analysis principles
- Strong persuasion skills
