About the role
- Handling Primary & Secondary Sales of assigned territory
- Account wise target achievement & Growth planning MOM level
- Ensure effective merchandising with regular coaching to Team
- Ensure Secondary Sales and proper growth plan with channel partner
- Ensure Inventory as per Norms and adherence to WOW as per company policies
- Understands the given target, able to break it down in weekly/daily numbers account wise
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience in Modern Trade preferred- in specific geography
- Front line sales experience for at least 3 years in FMCG company (Chocolates & Food industry preferred)
- Proficiency in English / Hindi (Regional Language additional advantage)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality and willing to meet people
- Problem solving attitude
