About the role
- Lead and enhance The Hershey Company’s strategic partnership with Milton Hershey School (MHS)
- Oversee program development, stakeholder alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams
- Shape career readiness for MHS students and build a talent pipeline
- Engage employees in purpose-driven activities
- Deliver our founder’s legacy and support student experiences and connections to the Hershey company and our brands.
- Serve as the central point of contact and day-to-day leader for all MHS partnership activities across the HSY enterprise.
- Anticipate needs, emerging priorities, and communication expectations from senior leadership.
- Build and maintain annual and multi-year calendars of events for both MHS and THC.
- Refine, manage, and evolve the MHS Program Playbook and all supporting documentation.
- Facilitate planning and execution for student engagement experiences, career readiness initiatives, and new talent-pipeline programming.
- Represent the program with executive leaders within the Hershey Company and MHS.
- Develop executive-ready materials, presentations, updates, and reporting.
- Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication across stakeholder groups.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes across the partnership.
- Track program effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain program governance tools, documentation, dashboards, and updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to build executive-level materials
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated capability to deliver executive level presentations and communications
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and scaling a high impact program
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working/volunteering with educational institutions or youth programs.
