About the role
- Own reconciliation efforts for cocoa and commodity suppliers; resolve supplier discrepancies across multiple contract types.
- Maintain strong relationships with top suppliers to ensure compliance and alignment on contractual terms.
- Support purchase price variance forecasts based on contract balances and market positions; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks by monitoring market trends and supplier contract balances; provide insights to leadership for proactive decision-making.
- Work closely with Procurement, Materials Management peers and Finance to align on strategic material needs and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance reconciliation accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Procurement or related fields
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Proven success in contract reconciliation and supplier management within a global, matrixed organization
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Desirable)
