About the role
- Understand and anticipate variance issues on the production lines
- Manage monthly inventories and be the batch management expert
- Champion the plant through financial analysis
- Develop, analyze, and report plant financial performance
- Partner with Plant Leadership to identify operational shortfalls
- Oversee controllership activities
- Manage annual and ongoing processes for inventory, fixed assets
- Support special projects focused on cost savings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or business-related field required
- 3-5+ years of work experience in manufacturing accounting or equivalent accounting / finance experience.
- Strong technology skills, especially with SAP.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and execute process improvement recommendations.
