  • Understand and anticipate variance issues on the production lines
  • Manage monthly inventories and be the batch management expert
  • Champion the plant through financial analysis
  • Develop, analyze, and report plant financial performance
  • Partner with Plant Leadership to identify operational shortfalls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or business-related field required
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in manufacturing accounting or equivalent accounting / finance experience.
  • Strong technology skills, especially with SAP.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint modeling skills.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and execute process improvement recommendations.
