About the role

  • Coordinates the Flex Force hiring process for HCW
  • Facilitates flex force requisitions from open to close
  • Acts as the point of contact for managers on the recruitment process
  • Responsible for phone screening candidates
  • Moves candidates through the system(s)
  • Processes offer detail and new hire forms
  • Schedules Traditions, HCW’s New Hire Orientation
  • Serves as the main point of contact for the candidate during onboarding process
  • Trains managers in the scheduling of interviews and phone screening

Requirements

  • Education – Associate’s Degree in business curriculum or equivalent related experience
  • Experience – At least 4 years of general business experience, preferably in a Human Resources and/or operations environment.
