About the role
- Coordinates the Flex Force hiring process for HCW
- Facilitates flex force requisitions from open to close
- Acts as the point of contact for managers on the recruitment process
- Responsible for phone screening candidates
- Moves candidates through the system(s)
- Processes offer detail and new hire forms
- Schedules Traditions, HCW’s New Hire Orientation
- Serves as the main point of contact for the candidate during onboarding process
- Trains managers in the scheduling of interviews and phone screening
- Plans HCW Job Fairs.
Requirements
- Education – Associate’s Degree in business curriculum or equivalent related experience
- Experience – At least 4 years of general business experience, preferably in a Human Resources and/or operations environment.
