- Provide production leadership in assigned areas
- Full responsibility for managing all Business Units in the plant
- Ensure a culture valuing safety and compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
- Manage budget preparation and performance improvement plans
- Coordinate communication between department and plant functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership/management position with direct reports
- PC skills: SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and OSHA standards
- Ability to inspire and provide leadership to broad and diverse workforce
