• Handle administrative tasks supporting members with planning and organizing their benefits
• Answer inbound calls to assist members
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups
• Help members develop access to necessary resources
• Participate in the coordination and scheduling of services

Care Advisor, Care Concierge – Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Sales

• Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new health plan clients in the Medicaid space
• Own and execute The Helper Bees’ sales and business development processes for Medicaid
• Serve as The Helper Bees’ Medicaid subject matter expert
• Monitor Medicaid policy changes, RFP activity, and competitor actions
• Deliver regular performance updates to the VP of Growth and executive leadership
