Marketing Operations

• Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer Success
• Build, manage, and update project plans, timelines, and dependencies across all initiatives
• Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes that reduce friction and increase throughput
• Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate landing pages, offers, and funnel updates from concept to launch
• Partner with the CMO, creative leads, and copywriters to keep frontend work moving against revenue outcomes
• Drive execution of email and SMS programs, lifecycle automations, and retention workflows
• Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flows
• Support HBI's brand consolidation work- migrating legacy domains into our unified Living Well Nutraceuticals presence on UltraCart
• Ensure clean QA and go-live processes for new product initiatives and migrated assets

Marketing Operations Manager, DTC

Ecommerce

• Own configuration, setup, and ongoing health of all core commerce systems
• Ensure orders, payments, subscriptions, and fulfillment run cleanly without manual intervention
• Identify and resolve system issues quickly to prevent revenue disruption
• Configure and build products, offers, subscriptions, funnels, upsells, and workflows directly inside UltraCart
• Own the technical understanding of our payment infrastructure
• Maintain and troubleshoot connections across marketing → commerce → payments → fulfillment → customer success
• Serve as HBI's primary point of contact with all system vendors and platforms
• Own data definitions and reporting standards across the company
