About the role
- Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business and product goals
- Identify high-impact AI/ML use cases across product, operations, and growth
- Design scalable AI/ML architectures (training, inference, pipelines, MLOps)
- Build and deploy models with a focus on performance, security, fairness, and explainability
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in AI and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI-style APIs
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, agents, and applied ML
