Customer Support

• Responsible for the completion, maintenance, and tracking of all EHR related activities
• Involves significant amount of data entry
• Ensure all data is properly entered in real time into multiple EHR systems
• Run the Support Help Desk
• Problem solve and resolve data issues for clinical staff
• Maintain communication with Clinical Staff and Supervisors to research, reconcile, and resolve questions concerning Clinical Paperwork, EHR Database, MHWin system, or any ongoing electronic Processes
