About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the completion, maintenance, and tracking of all EHR related activities
Involves significant amount of data entry
Ensure all data is properly entered in real time into multiple EHR systems
Run the Support Help Desk
Problem solve and resolve data issues for clinical staff
Maintain communication with Clinical Staff and Supervisors to research, reconcile, and resolve questions concerning Clinical Paperwork, EHR Database, MHWin system, or any ongoing electronic Processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
At least 2 years of business experience
At least 2 years of experience working in an Electronic Health Record is required
Must be proficient in a variety of computer programs including MS Office
Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must have excellent organization and attention to detail skills in order to track and prepare data accurately and timely
Must have the ability to problem solve and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
Experience with working in a PCE Electronic Health Record is preferred but not required
