Sales Development Rep

• Coordinate and lead the SDR team on a day-to-day basis
• Set and monitor prospecting targets, including volume and quality
• Manage contact lists and validate data for efficient prospecting
• Monitor pre-sales KPIs and report results to commercial leadership
• Ensure operational discipline and consistent activity cadence across the team
• Establish processes, playbooks, and routines for the SDR operation
• Support onboarding and development of SDRs
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams

• Create and maintain the design system for assigned brands
• Develop Key Visuals (KVs) for campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Operate AI tools for image generation and editing (e.g., Gemini Image and Image AI)
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to ensure consistency between visuals and messaging
• Ensure visual quality and consistency across all channels and formats
