About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and lead the SDR team on a day-to-day basis
  • Set and monitor prospecting targets, including volume and quality
  • Manage contact lists and validate data for efficient prospecting
  • Monitor pre-sales KPIs and report results to commercial leadership
  • Ensure operational discipline and consistent activity cadence across the team
  • Establish processes, playbooks, and routines for the SDR operation
  • Support onboarding and development of SDRs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience managing or supervising SDR/BDR teams
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excel / Google Sheets for list management and metrics analysis
  • Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies — a plus
