• Collaborate with partners to create new client relationships and generate qualified leads.
• Work cross-functionally to build and execute winning account plans.
• Lead the capture process for technology solutions in large enterprise public sector accounts, clearly communicating the value proposition to drive new business.
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, focusing on deal management and solution integration, particularly in core financials.
• Negotiate effectively with C-suite executives, procurement teams, and contracting vehicle representatives to close deals and support continued growth.
• Maintain accurate and current data on customer interactions, pipeline activity, and forecasts.

Client Relationship Executive

Consultant

• Lead Workday Advanced Compensation workstreams across Phase 1 implementations, optimization projects, and post-production engagements.
• Partner with clients to understand compensation strategy, business processes, and organizational goals.
• Design and configure Workday Advanced Compensation solutions, including: Merit planning, Bonus planning, Stock and equity awards, Compensation grades and ranges, Compensation eligibility, Compensation plans, Budgeting and allocations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness.
• Provide post-production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend system enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions, demonstrations, and scoping for prospective clients.

Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

Architect

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders, helping define Workday Extend roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives
• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex Workday Extend solutions, providing hands-on guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Help establish and evolve architectural standards and best practices for Workday Extend applications and integrations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and quality across engagements
• Contribute to the development of The Groove's best practices, reusable assets, frameworks, and delivery methodology for Workday Extend solutions
• Design solutions utilizing Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, Workday APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday web services
• Own escalated client issues and complex technical challenges, leveraging deep expertise to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead solution design sessions, technical workshops, training programs, and strategic discussions focused on Workday Extend capabilities
• Serve as a senior technical resource during client demonstrations, proposals, scoping efforts, and solution architecture discussions
• Monitor the Workday product roadmap and emerging capabilities, translating new functionality into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks that improve delivery quality and implementation efficiency
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to consultants supporting Extend engagements, helping elevate overall team capability through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Represent The Groove as a Workday Extend subject matter expert through client advisory sessions, webinars, industry events, and speaking opportunities
