About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, facilitating efficient communication and workflow.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as an executive or virtual assistant.
- Proven experience in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and proposal preparation.
- Significant previous experience as an executive assistant may substitute for a degree.
- Strong English proficiency is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Organizational: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Technical: Proficient in using Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
