About the role
- Own and manage the US monthly trade calendar, ensuring a cohesive and effective omni channel approach.
- Coordinate delivery through Monday.com, keeping trade activity aligned, on track and on time.
- Create and localise compelling trade campaign copy across web, email, social, print and SMS channels.
- Build and execute CRM activity, including HTML emails, segmented campaigns and weekly trade pivots.
- Partner closely with the ecommerce team to deliver web assets, promotions and page updates.
- Develop engaging content for community and brand channels, including social posts and blogs.
- Align marketing activity with sales cadence to support commercial priorities.
- Coordinate assets for national retailers and support distributor marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in trade or digital marketing, ideally within B2C ecommerce, retail or DTC.
- Beauty/consumer products experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Some experience planning and executing omni channel marketing activity.
- Hands-on experience in CRM and email execution, including campaign build and delivery.
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana to keep work organised and on track.
- Some experience with digital marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create persuasive, performance driven marketing communications.
- A curious, analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance and improving results.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross functionally.
- Google Analytics knowledge is a plus but not essential.
- HTML email knowledge would be a bonus.
