About the role

  • Be the face of our brand. You'll own and grow all National & Strategic Accounts within our Retail Services Group chains & equivalent scale partners across the US.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at major retail services group chains.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, drive category growth, and maximise in-store presence.
  • Drive re-order plan through intelligent CRM and driving customer relationships.
  • Identify, target, and secure high-potential retail services chain partners, with a focus on growing our existing accounts as they expand across the US.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new business acquisition across the US.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with major accounts.
  • Work closely with Commercial Planning team to identify opportunities for Retail Services growth.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional sales strategies.
  • Provide regular, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to the US Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings, acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Experience in mid-senior account management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and growing accounts within group chains.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
