About the role

  • Edit and create short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Adapt existing video materials into engaging, platform-optimized short videos.
  • Select impactful moments, structure content effectively, and ensure strong hooks and pacing.
  • Apply captions, transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize videos for each platform’s format, performance, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on content needs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Deliver edited videos on time, incorporating feedback and revisions when needed.
  • Deliver approximately 15 short-form videos per month.

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing short-form social media videos for professional or educational brands.
  • Experience with content related to business, finance, taxes, investments, accounting, or professional services.
  • Strong skills in video editing softwares.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English is essential to ensure seamless editing across languages.
