💰 $140,000 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for assigned client(s) and Foth project execution team
- Deliver personalized, client-centered service
- Develop and manage positive, long-term client relationships
- Motivate a multi-disciplined team to support clients' needs
- Represent Foth as primary point of contact for the client relationship
- Generate revenue and deliver profitability
- Pursue new opportunities and create strategic plans
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of paper, converting, plastics or building materials (or related) industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
- 7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Account management experience
- Prior experience developing revenue projections
- Prior client relationship management experience
- Prior experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience in contract negotiation, management and administration
