About the role

  • Responsible for assigned client(s) and Foth project execution team
  • Deliver personalized, client-centered service
  • Develop and manage positive, long-term client relationships
  • Motivate a multi-disciplined team to support clients' needs
  • Represent Foth as primary point of contact for the client relationship
  • Generate revenue and deliver profitability
  • Pursue new opportunities and create strategic plans
  • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of paper, converting, plastics or building materials (or related) industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
  • 7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Account management experience
  • Prior experience developing revenue projections
  • Prior client relationship management experience
  • Prior experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in contract negotiation, management and administration
