About the role
- Own full cycle recruiting through intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview orchestration, offers, and onboarding hand-offs
- Source hard-to-find talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, job boards, professional associations, artificial intelligence, etc.; build proactive pipelines for priority disciplines
- Champion candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and brand aligned touchpoints
- Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing and interview plans, hiring selection and competitive and attractive offer proposals
- Serve as an extension of the business unit you are supporting as you attend team meetings, events, trade shows, etc.
- Partner with marketing to amplify our employer brand (social campaigns, targeted ads, career site content, etc.)
- Promote Foth at career fairs and other networking events and travel as appropriate to support these events
- Identify and maintain staffing partner relationships when applicable; ensuring quality and culture fit for candidates submitted
- Ensure compliance and diversity with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Promote inclusion in the hiring process and actively seek a diverse candidate pool
- Train and educate Foth team members on interviewing best practices
- Drive continuous improvement seeking ways to improve the recruitment process, such as implementing new tools or strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of post-high school education and additional related experience
- Minimum five years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and competencies, including technical and professional level positions
- Experience developing and proactively executing a variety of innovative, strategic sourcing techniques
- Experience sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
