About the role
- Own the growth engine of the world’s first AI-powered operating system for short-term rentals.
- Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists.
- Run high-converting outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
- Design and test data-driven funnels and landing pages.
- Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to drive activation and retention.
- Track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
- Launch experiments weekly — scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
Requirements
- 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience running paid campaigns, cold outreach, and automation workflows.
- A growth portfolio or track record of driving measurable results.
- Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist (or equivalents).
- Data-driven mindset — but comfortable making fast, creative decisions.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
- Equity upside: earn shares after 6 months of contribution.
