About the role

  • Oversee the janitorial operations of assigned customers within a specific geographic region.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Drive quality standards, manage budgets, and foster strong client relationships.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Streamline processes to boost productivity and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections of client facilities for quality control checks.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, requests, and issues, documenting and following up with resolution.
  • Meet with facility managers to discuss any building issues or concerns.
  • Communicate company initiatives, procedures, and directions to team members in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are followed and maintained.
  • Assist with account start-ups under the guidance of Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the facilities services industry. (required)
  • 3+ years people and operational management experience. (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (required)
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License, an acceptable driving record, and a personal vehicle.
  • Must have reliable transportation for business travel purposes.
  • 50% travel required with potential for Airplane travel.
  • General ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks/projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality interpersonal relationships.
  • Experience with and knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, dependable, trustworthy, and ethical.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and be flexible with their schedule.
  • Must be accessible to our customers, after hours, weekends, holidays and in emergency situations.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
