• Provide counsel and the highest quality of HR support to regional managers and teams
• Coach and support management with the administration of TDG Human Resources policies, procedures and initiatives
• Work closely with the HR team in areas of health and safety, talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations
• Foster team member engagement through management of HR programs and initiatives
• Improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
• Provide Employee Relations support including interpretation of human resource policies
• Counsel management and resolve employee relations and performance management issues
• Conduct effective investigations if required and provide recommendations for conflict resolution
• Promote Health and Safety compliance
• Manage the administration of Human Resource programs and analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees
• Provide input on budget preparation as well as manage activities for HR department
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of HR function and enhance team member value proposition.
