• Manage product listings on Bol.com (the Dutch Amazon) — keeping stock levels, pricing, product information, and certifications accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and update the Lightspeed e-commerce store — product uploads, pricing, and content.
• Clean up the existing product database — identifying and removing outdated SKUs, correcting product data, and organising the catalogue.
• Support new product launches across marketplace and e-commerce channels.
• Create purchase orders and fill forecast documents in Odoo for B2B brands and suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers via email to track orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and flag problems early — stock discrepancies, listing errors, supplier delays.
• Keep product documentation organised and up to date, including certifications for medical devices.
• Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and processes — bringing structure and consistency where it's needed.
