About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create tailored hiring strategies
- Develop and maintain hiring guides and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency in the recruitment process
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with external hiring partners, including recruitment agencies, talent communities, and diversity-focused organizations
- Manage relationships with hiring partners and ensure alignment with company hiring goals and values
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, hackathons to build talent pipelines, either in person or virtually
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and talent acquisition
- Incorporate verified AI driven tools to the selection process to drive hiring efficiency and meet the demands in hiring in the age of AI
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager/team experience throughout the recruitment process
- Any other tasks as prescribed by the Director of People
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent sourcing skills, including the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Experience in creating and maintaining hiring guides or recruitment playbooks
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to improve hiring processes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as Greenhouse
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
