• Support sensitive or high-priority initiatives that require discretion, judgment, and strong stakeholder management.

Graphics Designer

• Design and assemble illustrations, either for static end-use or layered for later animation.
• Design infographics and data visualizations for learning material.
• Develop interactive designs, interfaces and animations for learning.
• Design new and correctly utilize existing templates for client CI elements, such as presentations, documents, and email collaterals.
• Design new and utilize existing motion graphic elements, such as video branding templates and kinetic typography overlays.
• Storyboard and animate 2D vector graphics, including character animation.
• Edit video and audio footage into cohesive and engaging learning material.
• Re-brand existing graphics, videos, and animations into new styles.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency in all your work.
• Perform strict quality control checks on your own and other team members’ work.
• Enact changes to your work based on the provided feedback.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work to strict deadlines and the ability to think and work independently.
• Act as a team player, providing support and feedback to peers, as well as contributing to the processes and ways of work of the team.

Mid Multimedia Designer

Account Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for alumni in your assigned region, providing personalised guidance and support.
• Conduct one-on-one calls and group sessions to assess alumni needs, track career progress, and identify opportunities for growth or re-enrolment.
• Capture insights and feedback from alumni interactions to inform product, data, and program teams.
• Collaborate closely with Community Managers, General Managers, and the central Relationship Management team to ensure a consistent alumni experience.
• Manage CRM records diligently, ensuring data accuracy on alumni profiles, call outcomes, and employment updates.
• Support job-readiness, re-enrolment, and community activation initiatives within your assigned city or region.
• Act as an ambassador for the ALX brand — demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our mission to empower young African talent.
• Communicate effectively in both English and French to engage alumni, employers, and institutional partners across linguistic regions.

Alumni Relationship Manager

Program Manager

• Lead centralized rollout of the FA cohorts, including onboarding, live sessions, milestone management, and grading.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination across content, platform, and city support teams.
• Work closely with curriculum and ecosystem stakeholders to continuously improve Founder Academy's structure and outcomes.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of mentors, reviewers, and session facilitators.
• Coordinate decentralized delivery of the incubator program across cities, providing central support tools and frameworks.
• Track incubator progress across cohorts and hubs, aligning cities to shared standards and timelines.
• Support planning and execution of final showcase events, including coordinating city inputs and participant selection.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and Community Platform for FA and Incubator, ensuring smooth learner access and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with the technical team to monitor learner progress and engagement using analytics dashboards.
• Oversee grading workflows, learner support escalation, and implementation of program updates.
• Define and track cohort-level KPIs: show-up, activation, milestone completion, graduation, and learner quality.
