• Defines project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics, leading kickoffs and stand-ups to align cross-functional teams

Video Editor

• Take raw video footage from various production projects and use editing skills, creative intuition, and application of company's editing standards to fulfill the creative vision of the Director of Post-Production and other leaders of the Production department
• Edit various creative and promotional video content, both long form and short form
• Collaborate and communicate with the Post-Production Manager and Director of Production in editing sessions to implement creative notes
• Creatively support and emphasize subject matter in videos through compelling editing and storytelling
• Create assembly edits, string-outs, and finishing edits with precision
• Edit in various digital-video formats
• Convert, transcode, and compress media for post-production workflow
• Deliver high-quality material on time, on budget, and in an efficient manner
• Create project templates; organize and archive footage and deliverables
• Complete and submit daily project logs in accordance with Bentkey Project Log Policy
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Perform additional functions and requirements as assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate

Content Marketing Manager

• Lead execution of content strategies across podcasts, news, and other multimedia projects
• Partner with the Chief Content Officer to define priorities, align creative vision with operational capacity, and identify opportunities for innovation
