About the role

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
  • Actively prospect companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified international leads.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings with international decision makers.
  • Present customized commercial proposals, clearly explaining our recruitment and selection solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, generating recurring business and referrals.
  • Keep CRM updated and manage an active and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment and Selection team to ensure smooth processes and successful deliveries.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, HR, recruitment, consulting, or similar fields.
  • Confidence using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital prospecting tools.
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills for client management, follow-ups, and performance goals.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Advanced or fluent English for professional communication.
  • Interest in international markets and multicultural business environments.
