About the role
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Actively prospect companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified international leads.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings with international decision makers.
- Present customized commercial proposals, clearly explaining our recruitment and selection solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, generating recurring business and referrals.
- Keep CRM updated and manage an active and healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Selection team to ensure smooth processes and successful deliveries.
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, HR, recruitment, consulting, or similar fields.
- Confidence using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital prospecting tools.
- Ability to conduct sales presentations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills for client management, follow-ups, and performance goals.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Advanced or fluent English for professional communication.
- Interest in international markets and multicultural business environments.
