• Offer support for our SAP SD solutions.
• Act as a Design Authority and take lead in customer-facing delivery activities, testing and issue resolution, on-going documentation of configuration and end-user guides and go-live support.
• Offer colleague support, coaching, development and guidance to colleagues and at times, lead project teams.

• You're the senior point of contact when clients need it most.
• You'll build trust with them, resolve escalations, and take a lead role supporting proposals, quotations and RFP responses.
• Review how support currently works and change what isn't.
• You'll tighten up handovers from the project and consultancy teams, improve SLA performance, and lead our approach to quality and standards, including compliance.
