• The Executive Director is responsible for continuing to develop MUNPC as a dynamic community development organization that can champion the voice and needs of Utica’s most marginalized community members.
• Manage the multi-site Cornhill impact centers, one of which will be constructed at the original site of the Leisure Time Activity Center.
• Ongoing primary responsibilities will include strategic planning and board development, cross-sector collaborations, fundraising, and staff management for operations and programming.
• Evaluate and redefine aspects of the role to effectively lead within the organization, the community, and the Cornhill Revitalization Initiative.
