Full-stack Engineer

• Drive technical direction for the Universal Integration Platform and align engineering with business goals
• Set technical direction for major initiatives and define coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines
• Influence technology and tooling choices across teams
• Personally tackle the most complex engineering challenges
• Design and deliver abstraction layers bridging cloud and on-premises environments
• Champion AI-assisted development practices and establish team-wide standards
• Assess platform architecture, coding standards, team practices, deployment models, and integration patterns
• Lead a team of 3–5 engineers and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Establish the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the Universal Integration Platform
• Drive organization-wide adoption of AI-assisted development practices and measure their productivity impact
• Deliver complex abstraction frameworks and resolve or guide resolution of high-impact technical challenges
• Mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders
• Report to the Chief Technology Officer
• Travel up to 5%
