About the role
- Oversee all aspects of the programs operations, including curriculum oversight, faculty supervision, and student success initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Hire, train, and evaluate instructional staff
- Monitor student performance, retention, and satisfaction
- Coordinate externship and lab activities across campus locations
- Support student advising and academic success
Requirements
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA or RDA) or licensed dentist
- Demonstrated field experience in dental assisting
- Prior teaching or program administration experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development and student assessment best practices
- Must meet ABHES Chapter VIII and TWC requirements
