About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development.
- Manage complex calendars, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts.
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for both VPs.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports promptly.
- Plan and execute logistics for in-person meetings and events.
- Maintain shared documentation and templates for meeting scheduling and coordination.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
- Collaborative, customer-service mindset; ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
