About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development.
  • Manage complex calendars, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for both VPs.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports promptly.
  • Plan and execute logistics for in-person meetings and events.
  • Maintain shared documentation and templates for meeting scheduling and coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
  • Collaborative, customer-service mindset; ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
