About the role
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of virtual and in-person client trainings, internal meetings, and promotional events
- Support operational excellence across events by anticipating logistical needs and preparing materials
- Manage key event logistics and administer survey operations
- Maintain and organize the RES internal document library and support the development of operational best practices
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and serve as a point of coordination and operational support
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of project and/or program management experience
- Event planning experience
- Advance proficiency with operational tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoom, Calendly, Slack and survey administration platforms
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong operational and systems-thinking skills
