About the role

  • Plan and coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of virtual and in-person client trainings, internal meetings, and promotional events
  • Support operational excellence across events by anticipating logistical needs and preparing materials
  • Manage key event logistics and administer survey operations
  • Maintain and organize the RES internal document library and support the development of operational best practices
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and serve as a point of coordination and operational support

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of project and/or program management experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Advance proficiency with operational tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoom, Calendly, Slack and survey administration platforms
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong operational and systems-thinking skills
