About the role
- Manage and update the service catalogue for all finance functions
- Lead global process standardization, using value stream mapping to identify and address inefficiencies
- Champion adoption of best practices and frameworks for consistency and compliance
- Ensure Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) are current and communicated
- Oversee the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for robust risk mitigation
- Track audit points and Management Action Plans (MAPS), streamlining policies to eliminate inefficiency
- Maintain oversight of operations teams’ size and location across all entities
- Monitor workforce allocation for optimal talent use
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across global teams
- Track and manage operational costs, implementing cost control and transparent reporting
- Advise senior executives and functional heads on operational optimization
- Build strategic partnerships for best practice sharing and innovation
- Represent the organization in global forums and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management
- Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy
- Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with digital transformation (RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, cloud technologies)
- Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation.
