About the role

  • Drive operational excellence, standardization, and transformation across global finance functions (RTR, Payroll, P2P, OTC)
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, transparent service delivery model
  • Lead global process standardization using value stream mapping
  • Champion adoption of best practices and frameworks for consistency and compliance
  • Ensure Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) are current and communicated
  • Oversee the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
  • Track audit points and Management Action Plans (MAPS)
  • Maintain oversight of operations teams’ size and location across all entities
  • Monitor workforce allocation for optimal talent use
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across global teams
  • Track and manage operational costs with cost control and transparency
  • Advise senior executives on operational optimization
  • Build strategic partnerships for best practice sharing and innovation
  • Represent the organization in global forums and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management
  • Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy
  • Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with digital transformation (RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, cloud technologies)
