- Manage PO/vendor oversight activities executed by CBRE
- Partner with Genpact/Finhub for monthly close reconciliation and variance commentary
- Establish and oversee global CAPEX governance
- Provide comprehensive financial analyses for major portfolio initiatives
- Develop executive-ready reporting for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Supervise PO management processes across regions
- Mentor and develop finance analysts
- Identify and drive automation, standardization and process efficiency opportunities
