About the role

  • Provide end-to-end financial analysis, operational control support, and portfolio reporting for the global GRW portfolio.
  • Own analytical deliverables that inform portfolio decisions.
  • Manage PO/vendor oversight activities executed by CBRE.
  • Partner with Genpact/Controllership for monthly close reconciliation and variance commentary.
  • Conduct analysis for CAPEX and OPEX initiatives, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Manage PO, invoice, and vendor maintenance.
  • Ensure alignment with financial processes.
  • Collaborate with Genpact and CBRE to coordinate monthly close processes.
  • Build robust, auditable models for lease/buy/build/sale-leaseback decisions.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and root-cause commentary.
  • Manage CBRE POs end-to-end (approx. 100–200 POs/year).

Requirements

  • Conduct analysis for CAPEX and OPEX initiatives, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Manage PO, invoice, and vendor maintenance.
  • Ensure alignment with financial processes.
  • Provide regional OPEX insights and maintain connections with global OU finance teams.
  • Collaborate with Genpact and CBRE to coordinate monthly close processes.
  • Build robust, auditable models for lease/buy/build/sale-leaseback decisions.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and root-cause commentary.
  • Manage CBRE POs end-to-end (approx. 100–200 POs/year).
