About the role
- Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital, social, ecommerce, and retail media and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with agencies to plan accordingly and ensure the plans are implemented accurately and on time.
- Support retail media activations in partnership with customers, bottlers, and commercial teams.
- Ensure alignment between media plans and brand, category, and campaign objectives.
- Support media investment control processes, including buying orders, budget tracking, and invoice management.
- Track planned vs. actual spend and flag risks, gaps, or optimization opportunities.
- Monitor media performance metrics including reach, frequency, productivity, and execution quality.
- Partner with Brand, IMX, Analytics, and Commercial teams to support effective media execution.
- Coordinate with LATAM and Global IMX teams to support alignment with global standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or execution roles.
- Solid understanding of digital media, ecommerce, and retail media.
- Experience working with media agencies and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
