About the role
- Lead and manage the full U.S. supply chain relationship for all RBI brands.
- Forecast and manage supply chain needs for on-going demand and customer promotions.
- Partner closely with senior decision‑makers at both Coca‑Cola and RBI to align on business priorities and long‑term growth strategies.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret customer specific data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure unified communication and execution across the Coca‑Cola system.
- Develop strategic options and business planning processes to drive mutual growth.
- Lead customer training, technology updates, and rollout of new platforms, products or processes as needed.
- Manage major initiatives including conventions, Top‑to‑Top meetings, and cross‑functional strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, commercial leadership, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong influencing skills, innovative thinking, and general management capability.
- Experience with supply chain, account management, technical systems, project management, and business process design.
- Ability to travel 25–40%.
