About the role
- Execute consumer data use cases, including audience creation, segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance analysis.
- Support CRM, CDP, loyalty, and owned platform data activation activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs to marketing and commercial teams.
- Support integration of consumer data across systems and platforms, validating data flows and resolving basic issues.
- Monitor data quality and completeness, flagging risks or gaps to senior team members.
- Apply data governance, privacy, and consent standards in daily execution.
- Produce dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, audience effectiveness, and consumer engagement.
- Analyze results and provide insights to support optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, CRM, or digital marketing roles
- Working knowledge of CRM, CDP, marketing analytics, or BI tools
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Curiosity and eagerness to grow in consumer data and marketing technology
