About the role

  • Accountable for defining and orchestrating the regional consumer and customer data strategy across Marketing and Commercial domains
  • Serves as the regional data domain leader, ensuring consumer data is governed, integrated, and activated as a strategic asset to drive growth
  • Owns the consumer/customer data product roadmap and accelerates high value use cases
  • Orchestrates end-to-end consumer data strategy execution from data ingestion to activation and measurement
  • Partners closely with Digital, MarTech, Enterprise Data, and Technology teams to integrate consumer data across platforms
  • Establishes and enforces consumer data governance frameworks across LATAM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Technology, or a related field required
  • 12+ years of experience in consumer data, digital marketing, analytics, or data strategy roles
  • Proven experience leading regional or enterprise-scale data initiatives
  • Strong background in Marketing and Commercial data domains, including CRM, CDP, loyalty, and personalization
  • Deep understanding of consumer/customer data architectures, data products, and activation across digital and commercial ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience implementing data governance models and operating within strict privacy and compliance environments
  • Strategic, systems-oriented leader with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
  • Knowledge of LATAM data privacy regulations and regional market nuances
