About the role
- Upskill local marketing community & outcomes through DATA, capabilities, and tech-augmented solutions
- Leverage tech-augmented solutions to ensure rigorous prioritization and OU-Market and cross-functional wiring across different processes (innovation, ABP (annual business plan), Flywheel)
- PMO (project management officer) for prioritization, ABP, Calendar, Innovation, Flywheel factory
- Deploy marketing capabilities agenda especially acting as COE (C enter of excellence) for Data & AI literacy
- Lead market orchestration and backlog management, including workflow, marketing operations, and planning
- Deploy tech-augmented ways of working.
Requirements
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (7 years+)
- Good knowledge on relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
- Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
- Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
