About the role
- Coordinate impactful events, programs, and partnerships where Coca-Cola’s presence makes a difference—from planning and logistics to flawless on-site delivery.
- Develop detailed work plans, manage timelines, balance multiple priorities, and navigate complex logistics—keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Act as the go-to resource and main point of contact for internal leaders, industry partners, customers, and vendors, fostering relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.
- Ensure every Coca-Cola touchpoint at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events reflects our brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Source and manage event materials, oversee shipping and installations, coordinate with bottling and distribution partners, and track budgets and invoices.
- Manage "back-of-house" operations during events, troubleshoot challenges in real-time, and ensure readiness from setup to wrap-up.
- Maintain accurate databases, coordinate calendars, handle confidential correspondence, produce presentations/reports, and ensure all documentation is precise and timely.
- Process purchase orders, expense reports and invoices. Budget tracking, Database and participation lists Prompt response to incoming/outgoing phone and email communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating complex projects or large-scale events in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving – resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that inspire collaboration and action.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across functions, seniority levels, and external partners.
- Learning Agility readily adopts new IT systems/Apps and processes
- Financial Acumen track record of delivering excellence on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 2+ years in industry affairs, marketing, public affairs, events, or high-level project coordination preferred.
